System Update Announcement

We’re excited to share that we’re upgrading to a new customer system that will make it easier than ever to manage your pet’s reservations with us.

To complete the transition, our online reservation system will be temporarily unavailable from Tuesday, January 6, through Sunday, January 11.

We will still be open and fully operating during this time.

What you need to know

  • All current reservations are being migrated into the new system, so nothing you already have scheduled will be lost.
  • Your account details, pet information, and existing packages are also being migrated to ensure a smooth transition.
  • During the pause (Jan 6–11), please call or email if you need to make any new reservations or changes.

Important note about boarding reservations:
If you are planning a boarding stay that begins after Sunday, January 11, we recommend waiting until the new system is live so you can book directly online.

Package Transition Note

One important change with the new system is that it only supports half-day packages and full-day packages, which is different from what we currently offer. We know this may require adjustments for some customers, and we want you to know we will work through this transition with everyone who has daycare packages to make sure your existing package value is properly carried over and you feel confident moving forward.

What’s coming on January 12

Beginning Monday, January 12, you’ll be able to access the new customer portal using our existing reservation page, where you can:

  • Manage your online profile
  • View current and upcoming reservations
  • Make new reservations online
