Terms and Conditions Detail

Owner agrees to pay all charges for pet care provided to pet while at Oneka Pet Resort.
Owner agrees that pet shall not leave Oneka Pet Resort until all charges due are paid.
Owner represents to Oneka Pet Resort that to the owners knowledge, the pet has not been exposed to any contagious diseases within a thirty-day period prior to check in. Owner further agrees to maintain pet vaccination as required by Oneka Pet Resort.
The owner agrees to be solely responsible for all acts or behavior of pet while in the care of Oneka Pet Resort, to include payment of costs for injury to staff or other animals or damage to facilities caused by pet.
Oneka Pet Resort shall exercise reasonable care for pet. It is expressly agreed by owner and pet care provider that Oneka Pet Resorts liability shall in no event exceed the sum of $400.00 per animal admitted.
Owner represents that he or she is sole owner of pet; free and clear on all liens and encumbrances.
Owner agrees that in the event charges are not paid when due, Oneka Pet Resort may exercise its lien rights upon 10 days written notice given by Oneka Pet Resort to owner by certified mail to address shown on contract. Oneka Pet Resort may dispose of pet for any and all unpaid charges, at private or public sale.
Oneka Pet Resort, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian or administer medicine if the pet becomes ill or injured, or if the pets health requires professional attention. All expenses shall be paid by the owner. Oneka Pet Resort will attempt to contact the veterinarian on pets record and if unavailable will make arrangements with another veterinarian to care for pet.
The contract contains the entire agreement between the parties. Owner certifies to the accuracy of the information given about pet. Oneka Pet Resort reserves the right to deny admittance to any pet for any reason at any time.
Boarding, Daycare, and Training are separate services that cannot be combined.
Oneka Pet Resort will only be allowing dogs under 40lbs with small dog group, including elderly dogs.
Only well socialized pets will be allowed to participate in group play, this will be at the discretion of Oneka Pet Resort and staff.
Oneka Pet Resort strongly recommends dogs under 10lbs be boarded as individual play. If you opt for group play, your dog will be socializing with dogs up to 40lbs. Minor injuries including (but are not limited to) dog bites are much more severe on dogs under 10lbs. Oneka Pet Resort will not be held responsible for vet bills resulting in these injuries. Oneka Pet Resort will exercise their right as caring agent and do everything possible for your dog in an ethical and responsible manner.
Oneka Pet Resorts daily rate cut-off is noon each day, except for the day of drop off.
Owner agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee if any checks are returned to Oneka Pet Resort.
Owner gives permission to Oneka Pet Resort to photograph and to use photo(s) of dogs/cats on its website, in social media and print advertising and for any other lawful purposes.
By signing these terms and conditions, the owner agrees to any future changes to these terms and conditions.
