You can drop off or pick up anytime during business hours.
Pets must be picked up by 6:30 pm
We can stay 15 minutes past 6:30 pm for a $25 charge, but no later
Vaccines required for dogs: Rabies, DHPP/DHLPP, Bordetella
Vaccines required for cats: Rabies, FelV, FVRCP
Bordetella will be current or have been administered 7 or more days prior to drop-off
Pets that are not current on vaccines will not be allowed into the facility
Reservations are required for all services
Full payment is required at time of pick up
Returned checks will be charged a $25 returned check fee.
New Client Policies
All new daycare dog(s) will be required to attend an evaluation day
All new boarding dog(s) are required to attend an evaluation day at least 5 days prior to boarding
Dog(s) must arrive by 12:00 pm on evaluation day
Not attending the required evaluation day will result in boarding reservation cancelation
Daycare Policies
1/2 Day daycare is 6 hours or less from the time of drop off
Full day daycare is over 6 hours from the time of drop off
Daycare packages can be used for 1/2 day and full day daycare
Daycare packages can not be used for Enrichment, Puppy Pre-K9, Evaluation Day, or Boarding
Daycare packages expire 2 years after the date of purchase
24-hour cancellation is required for daycare reservations otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to a 1/2 day of daycare will be charged per pet on the reservation
Daycare reservations will only be allowed one month in advance
Clients that miss 3 or more daycare reservations without proper notification will only be allowed to make up to 3 future reservations at a time
Boarding Policies
Boarding checkout time is 12:00 pm each day except Sundays when it is 10:00 am. After the checkout time you will be charged an additional day of boarding (per pet).
48-hour cancellation is required for boarding reservations otherwise a 1 day of boarding cancellation fee will be added to your account per pet on the reservation.
Pets whose vaccinations are scheduled to expire during their boarding reservation will not be allowed into the facility
Only pets from the same household can share a kennel
Multiple-dog discounts only apply if they board in the same kennel.
